Swell at getting drinks. Had to wait for the register gal to get everyone in lines order before she got my food delivered. When I was able to flag down a drink maker about my food she said shes getting it. But no one was making food. The invisible employee needs better training. For the high price one spends at Starbucks, you expect better service.

The drinks were okay but the staff was extremely rude. Placed a mobile order, went to the drive thru to pick up. The barista stated it was placed a minute ago so it wont be ready at the window. (Idk if its a separate person making mobile orders, but it seems kind of ridiculous that you can order a drink at the drive thru with no issue but picking up a mobile order would not give enough time to prepare the order) We apologized and upon getting to the window the drinks were done. They handed them to us and made sure we knew they rushed it out for us and then proceeded to leave the window. I needed a straw so we waited for the barista to come back. When they finally came back they were obviously angry was there something else?
