This location really knows how to ruin a party. I had an event on Saturday and decided to order online a total over $100 plus 15% tip included. Took over an hour to deliver which I had no issue on waiting. After some time noticed that its still not delivered I tracked the order and stayed delivered I called the restaurant to double check and they couldnt find my order 15min plus on the phone, finally the store manager argues with me and states you shouldnt order pizza if your not going to check the door!, I was like the order was already paid you could have left it at the door. What kind of disrespectful response is that. Will not order from here ever.

Love Papa John's love their garlic sauce but don't order from this location I understand people are having a hard time finding workers and everything but 2 hours is way too long to wait for a pizza and this is the second time

After reading reviews on Yelp I thought nah but decided to order a pizza after having a busy day and as I called to order I was expecting a long wait so began perusing the menu as I was navigating and bang, there was an order taker. I apologized as I was looking through the menu now with a sense of urgency and ordered a medium pizza, bbq chicken, and was told the wait was about 45 minutes. The pizza arrived in half that time absolutely delicious and I dont know what the powers that be did to improve this location but Yelp be damned, Im going to order from this location again.

Well for two nights in a row they was able to take my order but unable to deliver my pizzas to my household. I know people are understaffed but this is crazy. Then the people who take your order isnt even a Papa Johns member. Theyre just a ordering pickup service. Nonetheless, not happy and trying to get my refunds now. If I can get ahold of someone.
