I had been a satisfied customer of AJack Flooring since the 1990s. So when I decided to install Bruce flooring in my bedroom to match the hardwood floor throughout my first floor, I purchased the product from Ajack.
In brief, I obtained the brand and style of the material from my builder design sheet. The document provided the specifications needed to select the right product.
The hardwood on my first floor was installed by the builder in 2013. Within 6 months, the newly installed hardwood in my bedroom started to splinter in various locations. The hardwood did not wear the same as the original builder installed product.
Due to my experience with Ajack, I called the supplier. The Ajack representative called the Bruce distributor. The distributor's contact person visited my home, inspected the product and measured my home's humidity. Unfortunately, I have not heard from the distributor since the appointment in May 2022.
I have called Ajack and the distributor several times. Ajack advises me to call the distributor and the distributor will not respond to my calls and texts.
As a result of my dissatisfaction with this transaction, I am writing this review for other users to reference in their buying decision making process. Service: Wood floor installation

You need to look here first! Not mediocre quality for the same price as big box! You'll be glad you took the time to get the quality of service and materials! John and Eric are your go to guys! You won't regret it or be disappointed !
