Horrible people sketchy, if you rent an apartment that has C and M towing do not rent that apartment. Tell the people at the apartment unless they get rid of their towing company they are not going to rent the apartment.

The actual worst service I’ve ever experienced. The people are extremely rude, ignore your concerns, and act like you’re inconveniencing them when you ask a question. My car (with a parking permit) was nearly towed from behind my building and I had to pay over $100 to get them to remove my car from the tow truck. They gave no receipt or confirmation that the money was for the company and the man put it directly into his pocket. Today I called the service because multiple cars were parked in our lot and blocking the alley with no parking pass and the person on the phone was incredibly rude. He did not come, and said people without passes could park there until a certain date. Neither I or my roommate knew this, and we had payed $300 for the parking pass for no reason I guess??? Horrible company.
