I've been going to this place for a while now and every time I wait around 20 min past my appointment time to be called in. And then when I do get called in finally, I still wait another 15 while the provider comes in.
Today, 30 min later and no one called me in. So I checked with the front desk if I'm even checked in because it's been awhile since I got there, and everyone else were being called in but me. So 10 min later, no update for me, I got up and left. I understand things happen and providers fall behind, but every single time?! No thanks. I'm done with this place.

Wow, I'm glad I dodged the bullet. It's so sad though because I just moved here and was simply looking for a new provider, and Dr Ekman's video resonated so well to me and what I was looking for in a provider BUT the RUDE UNFRIENDLY front desk ( yes the young black one and middle age/old white woman left me wondering about the practice in general phewww :(

I've been going to the Lakewood midwives and obgyn since I was a teen And now I'm 41 and I've never had a bad experience. I just saw Dr Mikol and it was quick and she was very helpful, she also made sure to get my referral over for my additional diagnostic testing for my mammogram!
