This is the absolute worst place to go for care. Nothing is professional. There is usually only one nurse doing everything. You can never get ahold of anyone when you really need to. The counseling sessions arent helpful nor consistent. People get super angry and rude when waiting to dose because they are so under staffed. They dont tell you everything in the beginning when you first start. You have to buy your own lock box and thats fine but it should be told to everyone and often. The dr is only there at 6am and thats your only chance to see him. The place closes at 1pm every day leaving a very short window to get to the east side and factoring in things like working. Ill miss a few of the good ones but this place was and still is nothing but a headache and needs more help and support to run things so clients want to come back.

Terrible the wait is ridiculous!! I have waited and hour or more to dose on some days. Some days I cant even stay to dose because of other engagements.

So I wrote a review about a year ago. Not a good one by any means. However since the last review they have made the effort to make some changes based on reviews. The wait time to dose has significantly decreased by %97. The clinic is very clean and you are allowed to sit and speak with someone anytime you are there. So you feel like you matter to them. Where at a previous clinic I was always on stop(meaning I couldn’t dose until I took care of something) and couldn’t get the issue solved forever. Here I can talk to my counselor pretty much anytime I’m there. So new review says great changes, covered a lot of issues. Thanks CCTC for all your doing to help us make the process better!

This is by far the best center! The staff is excellent at their jobs. They are caring, educated, and do a great job making each client feel special. The clinic is always trying to improve and offer many options for a client to get a personalized treatment plan.

Unbelievably unprofessional place. I am not writing this as a client but as a professional who had the displeasure of talking to clients from here.
It is a for-profit institution where at least one doctor has been known to have abusive attitudes towards the very people it was created to "help." There are other methadone treatment centers in Cleveland.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
