Recently joined the club in Highland heights. Ive been a fan of title boxing for the past 10 months but unfortunately not all of these clubs are built the same. The trainers at this location are not very involved and going to a class is equivalent to putting on a video/audio of a boxing class at home. They also have some irrational rules that are followed very strictly. My husband and I made it to the class just three minutes late and werent allowed in. They wanted to charge us the no show fee if we didnt show up to the next class which started 1.5hr later. We understand how fluids travel and virus spreads. There is no reason to not let people who have registered and have masks on to get into the class just three minutes later. Cant continue with workout classes that dont allow some level of flexibility.

WATCH OUT!!!
Watch your money....you might find out the monthly fee has been withdrawn multiple times a month. I overheard conversations my first month there and was thinking it's a mistake or misunderstanding, until my second month bank had to get involved and investigate extra charging. I reacted fast, therefore I have been reimbursed.
