I have been going to the Cleveland clinic for liver care for 7 years. Until this year I've been highly satisfied. I had to have a liver resection for cholangio carcinoma In April and the doctor who performed it is very uncaring and doesn't return My phone calls. I now need colorectol surgery and there is is only one surgeon in the entire Cleveland clinic foundation main campus hospital who performs them. He only does surgery one day a week and is scheduling in the middle of March now.

I am so disappointed with Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital COVID-19 Vaccination program. My husband scheduled Is J&J booster on my chart, took a vacation day to find out they are not offering a booster because they are not authorized to give the Pfizer and J &J. Then why schedule us. What a waste. Very disappointed.

I requested an appointment with my dermatologist through the MyChart app. My message went unread by staff for over a week. They didn’t notice it until after I mentioned it in my second attempt to request an appointment, this time through their website. That, too, was over a week ago. Each request was only supposed to take up to 2 business days for a response, but 2.5 weeks have passed without a peep.
Also, I recently had to reschedule my upcoming breast exam/mammogram, due to my doctor no longer being available on that date. I was given a number to call and was on the phone for nearly an hour and transferred 3 times. As it turned out, I would’ve had to wait an additional 5 months to be seen by my usual doctor. So, I requested an appointment with any other doctor who had earlier availability (to stay on track with my health), and this proved to be too difficult. I tried to assist the operator by searching on their website for physicians at this particular location, but the directory was so out-of-date. None of the doctors practiced at the locations listed on their profile pages!
EDIT: I’d like to add that a woman who handles the billing for their Reference Lab recently yelled at my insurer and me. After we waited on hold for 30-40 minutes, she wasn’t able to answer any of our questions. She then refused to stay on the line when I suggested adding someone from the referring hospital to the call, so we could attempt to get everyone on the same page in an effort to speed along my claim correction. I had been receiving the runaround from both sides for months, and my bill was already final notice at this point. I explained the urgency of the matter very politely, but the woman at CCF refused to cooperate and instead berated us (on a recorded line, no less) for much longer than it would’ve taken to just get the conversation over with. Her reason for acting so rude? She had other calls and was the only one there working. We patiently waited our turn to be helped and were dumbfounded how she was more concerned with the quantity of calls she was answering than the quality of the services she was providing.

Tried to valet park at the J bldg. Rude valet people and took me 10-20-48 minutes to get to the valet. Whoever designed this area made a massive mistake
