My recent experience at Cleveland Clinic fell far short of the positive one I had 20 years ago. While the facilities were clean and staff offered helpful directions, these superficial aspects pale in comparison to the core issues I encountered.
I came here seeking a surgical solution, for extreme pain, after testing at another hospital system indicated this was necessary.
The Dr. here suggested a non surgical treatment that may give me some pain relief, but the follow-up appointments are delayed for months, and pain management has proved inadequate while I am waiting, despite extensive prior surgeries.
Leaving a patient suffering, especially after a documented surgical error, is simply unacceptable, particularly when the error occurred at your hospital system.
In conclusion, based on this experience, I cannot recommend Cleveland Clinic at this time. My local hospital provided a far more positive experience, with attentive care and a focus on patient needs. What happened to the Cleveland Clinic?

That place is amazing!!!! I have never been to a hospital like that. Everyone is so helpful with a smile. And they might be going thru something terrible themselves. But you would never know. Many hospitals and there staff could learn so much from those people. They are a gift from above from what i seen. And i thank them for helping me. Any possibility of cleveland having an off shoot here in buffalo ny??? This city could use cleveland here along with there staff. Again thank you.

I dont understand how come this hospital is ranked first, I hate being here, they are so rude, not professional, most of the doctors which I interact where super excellent, but not all, the most I didnt like is the nursing staff, they treat you and talk with you rudely especially in the J31 which is the coronary ICU, I will never come back.
