Based on previous encounters at this location over the years, I was expecting a bad experience, but it was excellent! I signed up online for an 8:30 appoint, scanned my insurance card and drivers license at the kiosk and was called in. The phlebotomist, Christy, was terrific! She knows how to draw blood correctly - that is without hurting you or creating a big bruise, which had been my past experience here. She is also very customer focused. As blood draws go, it was a good experience!

Got my covid test done this morning and the staff was so nice and efficient. The process was very smooth! This lab deserves a better rating.

So quick and easy process. Come in, scan Id, get called back, do your business and leave. Everybody was so nice. Was literally in and out within less than 15 min. Great experience

Im not sure why most the reviews are negative. The ladies there did an amazing job. And were friendly. I was dumb and didnt drink any water beforehand and almost passed out on them. They brought me back quickly and helped me feel better. And were very nice and didnt make me feel embarrassed. It was quick. My appointment was at 1. Im home now at 2. Sure, i waited a bit past my scheduled time, but i expected that. I always do at doctors. And there were 2 ladies there that i saw. Not just 1 person. Keep up the great work guys :)
