I was in and out for an appointment (I scheduled online) in less then 10 minutes for an employment drug screen. Super easy and efficient office in my opinion.

I got a lab test scheduled for a Friday at 8:30am, arrived at 8:25am and left at 8:55am. Not a lot of patients around, felt very safe. You can walk-in but appointments are usually faster. There is an iPad where you check in using your credit card, license and insurance card - it will link to your appointment details and put you in a waitlist on TV. Staff was courteous and worked quick once it was my turn. I got my bloodwork done and the phlebotomist was great, I barely felt anything!

Dont bother making an appointment on a Saturday. Youll end up waiting another extra hour to get in. Ridiculous.

You would think that after 1 pm when nobody is waiting that they may take a random drug screen. These ladies were too worried about what the other was making for dinner. Poor customer service. Lazy.
