I stayed here while in Cleveland for a wedding and it was much nicer than I thought it would be.   It's a combination of 3 building that were turned into living spaces and several are for rent while traveling or working.   The exterior is really nice and clean. The inside is very basic, doesn't reflect the exterior and could use more love and character. I guess it's superficial, but walking into the main entrance is underwhelming and had me slightly worried about the loft/apartment I rented.   Once I located and entered the loft I was pretty blown away at the difference from walking in the bldg. these living spaces are spacious and well put together. It was quiet and very comfortable. I didn't see too many residents, but the few I saw were very friendly.   The location of this place is everything & more. It's a few blocks from the water and centrally located where you can walk to most anything you're interested in doing.I'd stay again and recommend others as well.
