The facility is quite an upgrade compared to the previous office! It feels fresh and clean! I will say I think the receptionist at the door can be rude. I took my son with me to my annual checkup and was unsure where the women’s health clinic was, so I wanted to ask her. She just assumed I was there for a pediatric appointment and shooed me on to the pediatric receptionist without even speaking to me prior. Luckily as I was walking towards the pediatric clinic, I passed the elevator and noticed women’s health clinic on the 2nd floor. Then after my appointment I was sent back downstairs for blood work, well I wasn’t sure where to go, so I went to ask this same receptionist and before I could even open my mouth she spoke really fast telling me I had to go sign a clipboard and I honestly couldn’t make out the rest of what she said. I just felt like she could’ve at least heard what I had to say before assuming and shooing me off. That’s so unprofessional.

Please fix after hour call line it transfers me to the obgyn but I’m not pregnant I go for primary care but since I’m being transferred to the wrong department I can’t be helped or serviced and I’m in need of a inhaler I can’t breath or get one without a prescription I’ve been having the same issues for years

Terrible terrible terrible...both time I went I had long wait times an hour past my appointment time and ended up being there for over two hours for a routine visit. They over schedule and then have a waiting room full of people, like it's a free clinic. Would not recommend very unorganized and unprofessional...

I genuinely do not understand the policies that are enforced here. I had 2 children scheduled for back to back appointments. They refused to let them be seen because I didn’t have a second adult present. The appointments were not scheduled for the same time. I would have been able to accompany each child at the time of their visit. I had taken the day off of work only to be told I had to reschedule. I would like for someone to explain to me what a single parent household is suppose to do? If you have 2 parents, are both parents required to take the day off work for a Denist appointment? What if you have more than 2 children? Should I be required to take multiple days off work and school? This is a system set up to discriminate against people that can’t afford to take multiple days off of work. They even purposely enforced “you can’t leave one child in the car but you also can’t bring the child with you.” What a shame to see such purposeful discrimination against the poor.
