So the lady that works all the way in the back is terribly rude. I don’t understand how she is still work for the CDC. Does that make the whole place look bad ? I think they should do another training with that one. Some people get a job and forget their WHY! This woman works with people all day and has the nerve to be mean for no reason smh

Female at the front desk-information desk, Shay (young, approx 25-30 yrs old black female), is rude. 2 different people asked her about the approx time of discharge for patients and because she was watching a movie or something on her i-pad/tablet, she was being disturbed by the questions. I dont mind her watching/using the i-pad/tablet but she needs to understand that her job as the front desk-information desk person is 1st and foremost. All the eye rolling and sighing isn't called for.
On a positive note.... Ms LaDonna and another front desk female (an older black female with short hair) are both very very nice and deserve 5 stars. The staff is great as well

I literally hate this place, even more after the move. They don't enforce the rules in regards to patient drop-off or pick-up. Vans and trucks sit parked in the drop-off area for 20-30 minutes leaving others to park across the parking lot or on the other side building to gather the patient and belongings then walk over to the building with wheelchairs, walkers and canes.
The parking spots for the patients are ridiculously far from the door. My dad either gets out 15 minutes early or an hour or more late, which is why I can't get a transportation company to commit to transporting him. Some of the techs have the worst attitude and have the audacity to get mad when the patient resorts to getting there the best way they can due to running out of options all due to CDC's lack of communication and time management.
