Ive never purchased a vehicle from out of state and without test driving it.
It was a little, stressful and frustrating that I couldnt be there to see the 2022 Volvo S60 Inscription and test drive it.
Amanda, my sales rep was terrific!
She put me at ease and made me more confident in my purchase. She answered all my questions and concerns.
When the car arrived at my home, it was very clean and in excellent condition.
He gave me a virtual tour and even sent me a video of it.
This is definitely the best experience Ive ever had !

I had an excellent experience purchasing my new 2024 Volvo V90 at Montrose Volvo Cars of Cleveland on June 29, 2023. Our sales consultant, Lindsey Moore, was excellent at communicating and keeping me updated on the car we ordered in March of 2023. Once the car arrived and I went to pick it up, Lindsey was well organized and ready for me to finalize the sale. She was extremely patient and helpful in explaining the operation of the car to me so that I was very comfortable driving the car out of the lot.
I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Montrose and from Lindsey Moore.
