Chester is appointment only at this point, so I highly recommend calling ahead. He was very thorough, changing three batteries in about 30 minutes, and cleaning and lubricating the movements as well. He's nearing full retirement, but if you can catch him, I highly recommend his services.

The owner is wonderful and fast. He changed the batteries in 3 watches in like 15 minutes. Guess who won't be going to the mall anymore to get watch batteries changed.

DONT TAKE YOUR WATCH TO CHESTERS!!! HE WILL TAKE FOREVER TO FIX IT , AND WILL MOST LIKELY RUIN YOUR TIMEPEICE LIKE HE DID MINE!! BEWARE OF THIS WATCH SERVICE!!!!! YOU WILL BE SORRY
