I know they changed the Sausage Patty to sausage crumbles when ordering the Big Don Sub, which was a big mistake. Takes away from the original Sub. Prefer the Patty, dont order as often any more. Still love the pizza.

Pizzas good I guess but not worth the price. Lack of deals and overpriced.

I took 2 stars away because of having to order through some 3rd party company that has problems with English.
Come on Donatoes, do better!

This branch can never get an order right. Plus the food has gone down hill badly. My meatball sub had only a spoon full of sauce and each side. (Twice now) And on our second sub they sprinkled sausage crumbles on it instead of the patty that used to be on it and was cold. We've been over charged when ordering over the order service system. And when tried to fix the problem we were only refunded a lesser amount for the same order. We had both burnt and under cooked pizza's. So, For this family we're done. I'd rather get a $5 pizza from Zanis than order from hear again.
