Anchor Wellness is an incredibly welcoming facility. When you first walk in, it feels like a breath of fresh air. Dr. Crawford was so knowledable and kind. She was thoughtful as she asked questions and listened intently to my responses. She gave me great insight around how my body was positioned and helped me outline a few daily ways I can become more self-aware and simple adjustments I can make for pain reduction and in order to teach my body the proper positioning. I highly recommend this facility and this staff. 100% worth it.

The Pilates at Anchor Wellness and specifically with Christina is an amazing workout! The hour feels challenging yet it goes by so quickly!

I have dealt with chronic headaches for 2 years now. I had been to so many doctors for my TMJ and pain with no relief. I am so glad to have found Anchor. Sarah and Chelsea has been absolutely fantastic. As of today, I have not had a headache for a month. Jordan and Tara are also super helpful at the front desk and so easy to work with!
