Notice all reviews are from months ago. Scheduled cleaning 2 weeks prior for July 26th. They did not show up on July 26th and instead contacted me 2 days later via text and asked the following -
Hi Nathan, this is Kristine with Clean Pro Gutter cleaning. I wanted to inform you that our technician was not able to make the scheduled date. Our technician can there tomorrow. Does that work for you?
My response -
That was 2 days ago and I did not get a call or email. I'm ok with tomorrow, just wondering why I didn't get notified?
Keep in mind 2 days after I receive communication!!!! Yikes!!!!
The response -
Well Nathan, we apologize for the slow response. We organized a better day with the technician and wanted to let you know asap
ASAP IS 2 DAYS LATER 🤔
Needless to say they did not show up the next day and I had to cancel the service due to a lack of communication from this company. Its at least 2 weeks if not more to get anything completed right now due to help shortages. Very annoying. Avoid this place until they get staff or have a back up ready just incase they do the same to you.
