Awesome group. Caring physicians and staff. The doctors take the time to make sure you are well taken care of. Staff are friendly and helpful. Everyone genuinely enjoys being there.

Terrible. The people that work desk are rude and condescending. No reason people should not speak kind to one another under any circumstance. Just disappointing and sad.

What a great group of people in this office! I am so fortunate to have this entire care team in my life! Please allow me to elaborate:
Have you ever gone to an office where you are made to feel like a set of numbers or just a name? Well,at Nephrology Associates of Ohio, you are greeted with a smile.!
Please trust me when I explain why this is important to me.
On some appointment days,after a rough night, when you think that you just can't give or take anymore at that point, the only thing that you can control and give freely and get back in return is a smile! I am always greeted with a smile.
Dr.Arshdeep Tindni is my Nephrologist. (Dr.T to me).
From the moment we met in the office,he pulled up a chair and sat next to me, not across a desk.. He explained my numbers to me in terms that I understood. He told me that based on my numbers and the trend, that he could predict when I would need to start Dialysis.. Yes, the big D! A word that I was petrified of until I met this amazing Dr. T. and his care team!
One of the many things that I appreciate is how attentive and caring Dr. T is. When he delivered the news to me, he really knows his stuff! He gave me the news straight and direct! No chaser or fluff. He answered all of my questions just as I asked. You will not find a more compassionate person who cares about the person first, then the patient,then your condition. When I first went to that office,that was the exact order that my soul needed. Another great quality that you will appreciate is the amount of information that you will retain after leaving the office. Some offices will have your head spinning while you are still trying to get over the shock of how your life is going to change FOREVER! Well,fear not! Dr. T. and Dr. V. Puri and team will take great care of you and your kidneys!
Dr. T. explained how PD works. As he explained each step, he waited until he saw that I absorbed and digested the information, as well as for my eyes to pop back into my head! LOL, thats how it feels when you get what you consider shocking news... then , when I started asking questions when the news sunk in, he knew that I understood ,so he introduced me to the Dialysis team where they took me under their wings. The atmosphere here is positive and encouraging. I have to share that one of the best things that was said to me by the Nurse was that "there is nothing that you can break that we can't fix". This, after I had an issue with my PD catheter... they were righ!,they fixed it,and quickly! So if you want great care, compassion, respect, and a place,where, no ,matter how crowded, they are happy to see you and don't roll their eyes when you walk in...then, your search is over!
I appreciate this team and My Dr. T. So much! I am greeted with hugs because their care is genuine. So if you are fortunate enough to be referred to this group, let them know! Say Thank you to the care team!
If hugs are not your thing, a handshake, high five,fist bump, or..again, give them a smile back! It will make you feel better too. This team makes you happy to be a patient. I know that I am.
