EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.
1. I was NOT foretold that I would be FINGER-PRINTED. 2. I was not foretold that I would have to complete a "68" Question Kiosk Health Questionaire before being accepted.
3. I was NOT foretold that I would not be paid CASH but with a Grifol Donor Loyalty DEBIT CARD. My subsequent visit (scheduled for 2weeks later), I was told I would not be able to donate, due to the RECEPTIONIST NOT LOGGING-IN/SCHEDULING my subsequent DATE. I was told I would have to come back on a LATER DATE AND TIME.

I would give this place 0 stars if possible. The staff lies and make up the rules as they go. They take short cuts and don't follow the rules. They had a supervisor come in from another city who cut off walk-in time 2hrs early cause they short staffed. This place needs to be closed.

Very long process to find out if you are eligible to donate. After over an hour I was told my blood pressure was too high and to try again the next day. I returned the next day and I had to start the entire process over again! After all that initial stress everything went pretty well. Compensation was reasonable considering it took 2 trips.
