Im giving 2 stars because in the past I have had wonderful care here. But after this phone call I just had with the nurse Mark I could never give more than two. I was on the phone and he called me a liar, and then told me to go to hell. What nurse says that to mental health patient? Im so distraught and heart broken. Im not sure of his last name but his first name is Mark and he is Chrisea Banes nurse.
I hope that somebody gets ahold of me about this.

If you go there make sure you keep track of what theyre billing your insurance. Anytime I had to call about scheduling issues it was billed as a session by the therapist. I only had three actual sessions and was billed for five. Thanks for nothing.

Dr Roberts acted bored he just wanted to get the day over with. Mark the nurse was cheerful at times but could also be very rude.My counselor was wonderful kind caring compassionate truthful and help
Me understand I would rate her a 5 star.The staff was always nice sweet ladies.

Horrible rehab I watched a guy punch a mentally disabled guy in the face multiple times for no reason and two days later the head worker Angela graduated the guy who did it. The only good thing I can say about Rulon is the other clients was great and the group teachers but other then that I wouldn't recommend it they mostly are out for the insurance money.
