Marriotts are my go-to. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The challenge I faced here was needing a late check-out as I was suddenly added onto a Zoom meeting. When I called the front desk, the young man who answered treated me as if I was putting them out. I needed an hour to an hour and a half....... Apparently, status isn't appreciated at this particular Fairfield Inn & Suites.

*UPDATE*
After speaking with the rest of the staff, the general manager agreed to refund the charge. Although I am still offended at being accused of lying, it went a long way for her to call me back (much more polite this time) and offer to reverse the charge.
We spent 7 nights at this hotel. It was nice... up until we made it home and discovered an additional $500 charge on our credit card. I called the hotel to inquire about the charge. They informed me that the TV was broken. As I was the last person to leave that room, I KNOW the TV was perfectly fine. The maid told the manager that it looked like something had been thrown at it. My only guess is that the maid broke it while cleaning and didn't want her pay deducted. The general manager flat out told me she believes her maid and refuses to refund the charge. I will NEVER use them again. Also, on a much more minor detail, they don't have daily cleaning services - they don't make beds, replenish towels - nothing. It is strictly done every other day.
