Walk in for my appt where I am told they are running a hr late. Asked If I stepped out during my wait I was told it would be considered a missed appt. If I ran late for my appt it would be cancelled and I would be charged a fee. Completely inconsiderate of my time.

Excellent customer service from the time I arrived! I wish I could remember everyones names from the lovely young lady who essentially checked me in (weighed me, took my vitals, etc) to the nurse who started my IV, I DO remember nurse anesthetist Denny (he was GREAT - kind, comforting, professional), the Dr. Honestly, the entire team was the best.! I would highly recommend this practice! Thank you for taking such great care of me!

Wonderful medical group! I was a patient there for a routine colonoscopy and all of the staff was terrific. They explained everything every step of the way and were very sympathetic when I conveyed that I was nervous. They truly made me feel like I was their only patient! I will continue to use this medical group in the future!

Useless people really what doctor doesnt answer the phone during business hours for 2 days. Try actually answering your phone patty how are you making any money at this point.. update day 3 still not answering any phone calls
