      image Horrible customer service and even worse billing practices. Our service was disconnected for non payment. We were busy with a death in the family and forgot to pay a few bills. A month later when we decided to call and cancel bc we didn't really use the service any longer anyway, the representative was rude and told me that we would be getting charged for the last month, even though the service was disconnected and we didn't use it. He said it was their "policy." I have never heard anything more ridiculous in my life. We will never use Spectrum again and will never reccomend them to anyone!

      image I Get Very frustrated with not being able to call the local spectrum store and talk to a person for issues I may have navigating my Samsung phone I've bought and have service with Spectrum.
      It's hard for me to get out as I have walking disabilities.
      But I have to say I've found all the representatives there are kind and knowledgeable. However I have a preference to see ROY, he's just great
      And I will bypass all others to be helped by ROY.
