Wow stay away from this place as much as possible my father went into get milk and he didnt have change he had to break a 50$ she started yelling at him instead of speeding nicely after grabbing change from his car and paying he asked for a receipt and she got mad at him
What type of customer service is this?
When I called to notify the manager about this behavior I expected a understanding person instead she yelled at me saying u know Walmart is down the street u dont have to come here
The workers here are entitled and believe that since they work there they can treat u as bad as possible really recomend not going there very bad customer service

Horrible customer service from the manager himself. Do yourself a favor travel a little farther to DrugMart.

Stopped in to grab a couple things to make cookies. I was instantly disappointed as soon as I walked in the door as there were no shopping carts or baskets to be used for customers. There were maybe 3 people shopping and none of them had carts or baskets. As I walked the store, all of the shopping carts were full of items that needed to be placed on the shelves. The store is pretty disorganized, as well. The shelves were pretty messy. I do enjoy Dollar General as it is a convenience when you only need a couple of things, but this store was disappointing.
