This place wongly towed my mom's car while she was in the gas station. She came out and her car was gone. How do you tow a car without a person present or verfication on what car you're suppose to be towing? AAA would never. You would think when towing a car would check twice to make extra sure you have the right car. I would never patronize a place this irresponsible.

They were told to move the car to the repair shop the day of the accident. The said it would be moved by end of day. A week later it was still not moved and they cited an error on their end and reimbursed my insurance company for the storage fee but did not reimburse for the rental car I had to be in because of an error on their part.

If I could give less stars I would they had me waiting for 2 days and then to say they only had one driver and couldnt make the tow for Barberton and had every excuse to why they couldnt or had yet to communicate with me about the tow unreliable will never do business with them again so unprofessional
