Our company has used H&T for snow plow services for years and were quite happy with them for a long time. But for the last several years, their punctuality and responsiveness has gone downhill. They used to show up at 6am and plow our parking lot even if there was very little snow. These days, it's a struggle to get them to even answer the phone. If there's a big snowstorm then forget it. You won't see them for 48 hours. As I'm writing this, there is currently 8 inches of snow in our parking lot and H&T hasn't been here since 1pm yesterday. They haven't even called us back after about 5 phone calls. This will be the last season that we have with H&T.

I called to inquire about snowy movable and the owner was very rude and Kurt he spoke to me very condescendingly and when he asked about what Sort of driveway he would be plowing my advice to mission average driveway and he was like oh that's just ridiculous there's no such thing and it's like I don't know the length and width of my driveway I'm a renter it's a average driveway He further got smart with me and I hung up do not go with this company they are very unprofessional
