I keep asking why there is a dumpster in a parking spot instead of the designated pad 20 feet away and they won't do anything. They told me it is not a priority. It should be, we have people parking in the roundabout, and walkways when there is a dumpster taking a spot for me to walk by and smell everyday. I'm not sure what their priorities are? I know it is not landscaping, building maintenance, I mean look at this place -- Timberland village is ignored. Not my first run in with management either, I gave up asking them to fix things awhile ago. When I moved out they charged me $1200 for cleaning expenses when my place was spotless... My attorney said it is illegal for apartments to charge for cleaning and normal wear when you lived there for an extended period of time (I lived there for 4 years). We started to fight it and they sent it to collections immediately.
