We cannot recommend Bob and Scott Raskow enough. We’d been looking for years for a new building for our church. When we zeroed in on a property, Bob and Scott guided us along the way into securing the building. Even when it got a little hectic with some unforeseen legal bumps in the road, they were right there to explain things, walk us through, and help us get the sale done. Not to mention that they’re personable, kind, and just all-around good people. I would work with them again in a heartbeat!

Would not use Cummins again, real estate agent Tom Fox was rude and arrogant, couldn't tell if was working for the seller or buyer, all he was interested in was his commission. As he told the seller that we didn't know commercial real estate, sorry Tom we are in other professions not real estate. Caught several errors that would of cost us " the seller" money had we not had an attorney look at it. Tom Fox is a poor example for his profession

Aerotek offices in the back corner. Some back Akron gutter dweller ran right out in front of my car and I had to hit him! Though it was a zombie at first. Gave me such a fright.. and a thrill! Had a Lovely time!
