      image I have been taking my daughter here for several appointments and this office has been amazing. Dr. Alali is great and very informative.

      image Thanks, but I already had contacted them and I have heard back from the Director of Risk. I am not satisfied with the fact that my concerns were not answered, short of their concentration on the fact that I still owe money towards the service. What I was really trying to get are a few questions being answered and some accountability related to poor assurance that I was given by one of your employees. The fact that no one contacted me directly after I submitted my concern and I only received a conclusion letter In the mail from the Director of Risk is very poor customer service. Thank you.
