If I could give negative stars I would. These people are terrible for society. The lack of care & concern is astounding. No wonder suicide & mental illness among teens is on the rise. I wouldn't want my dog seen here. Whitney is unprofessional at best. Pray for our youth!!

They call me two times a day, every day, to reschedule our appointments. After 8 calls I told them Im no longer interested in their services. The receptionist sounds drunk every time she calls.

This is in response to a review stating most of us get it for free. Whether a service is free or not, the child should get the same care. Your experience may not be what someone else has. I took my daughter here and it seemed to help. I didn't really care for the counselor she ended up with but I did like the one that did her intake and would have preferred if she would have been her counselor. It wasn't for me though so that part doesn't matter. My issue overall is, my son needs to see a male counselor. The issue that he has, I feel would be best addressed by a man. I guess we will see how it goes. I also think that the parent should be able to have an appointment with the counselor first so the issues can be outlined without the child hearing the parent say negative things about him or her.
