9 Grand jurors. 7 white 2 others. Votes needed 7. You do the math. Truly sad. But not surprised. I have had the misfortune of going through the slow, unprofessional common pleas court system. It's a money grab through and through. Send people to prison for minor infractions, bring them home early, place them on probation, then more oriana places. "Cha ching" for the people with stake in oriana, probation,band any costs. There's a method to the judicial system folks. It's for judges to get money for campaigns, retirement, and any other funds, the owners of oriana,Aramark,and any companies the summit county dept of courts relies upon.

Watched a judge (mcarty) get mad at a lawyer and take it out on the defendant. I cant even imagine how a judge would treat a defendant that said things like, uhhhhhh ummmm uh, huh ect.... but apparently if its an attorney it's totally fine.

Yall need to hire people for jury duty and stop making people do something they don't want to do cause I'm just as Bias as yall blue folk! Oh and u can get sued for freedom of speech!
