My grandma is living here and has had black mold for 6 months + , she has been infested with bed bugs for 5 months they wont do anything she is 74 with congestive heart failure n all these mfs care about is money

The air never work and the office mangement tells lies about the building. my father just move in and he went without hot water for 3 days and was consistanly told that he just move in and the maintance man would come to his apartment and fix air and hot water. Well the air still does not work And my father and i are wondering is the manitance man a ghost. My father never was shown around the building given a mail box key or just explaining things to him. the mangement STUCKS!!!!!!!!

The elevator is always broken or tenants get stuck on them. Management hardly in office. The over all building is poorly maintained.

Worker was very rude and disrespectful! They do not respect their residents! The building is fifty & rent is terribly high for such a bad quality of living! I would not recommend it at all! Theyre is BLACK MOLD everywhere and workers do not even try to solve the problem after many many complaints. Also, workers go into residents homes without permission, typically when they arent there.
