      image Horrible service. My insurance made a reservation for me and told me I could pick up my rental car today. I called in advance to tell them I was coming. They said they dont have any reservation under my name but could get me in on Thursday. I told them I would look around. I later called back with my claim number and everything and Joel laughed at me.
      I honestly dont complain that often but being laughed at after telling him I needed a car because I have a business and I need transportation is ridiculous.

      image Not sure what is up with all of the bad reviews, picked up my car on Friday in minimum time and dropped it off at 0-dark-thirty Sunday morning - no issues at all.
