Great staff and always friendly. They talk about whatever and the time flies. It's best to make an appointment as they are very popular. UPDATE: Still the best place in town to get a hair cut. A lot of regular staff is gone, but the new folks fit right in. Prices have gone up, but it's expected. Service is still friendly with all the new people. Update: a lot of new faces, still friendly. Make an appointment is the only way to go. JULY 2Oth Chandra was the best. Very friendly and soft spoken. Great haircut.

I went in to get a haircut & they told me it would be a 2 hour wait. I went back in to schedule an appointment, and they told me that I couldn't do that way & they didn't tell me how to schedule an appointment. So I was pretty disappointed. I won't go there every again if they treat people like that. I will gladly take my business somewhere else. It's hard enough to get a haircut in Grand Forks as it is. There just aren't enough places to get your haircut as it is. Cross Cutters shut their doors. I don't understand why.
