It's difficult to know where to go for massage, since there are so many options in the FM area. I've been to quite a few different therapists, but Andrea has been my favorite so far for a few reasons:
1) She uses a holistic approach - meaning she takes the time to make sure your overall well being is taken care of. She has recommended stretches as well as other disciplines to refer to that she thinks may be helpful.
2) She is knowledgeable. I've never once had to give her feedback of where my sore spots are or how hard to push. She intuitively knows what to do. I always leave her massages feeling much less tense than when I came in.
3) She is professional & understanding of what you need. If you need silence and don't want to talk, she respects that. If you want to chat with her, she gladly will and is very pleasant in conversation. I also give her props for giving a great massage while talking to me, not all therapists can multi task like that. She has a calm presence.
Overall, Andrea is an extremely client-centered therapist and will do whatever possible to make sure you are happy with the outcome of your massage. I'd highly recommend her to anyone seeking massage therapy in the FM area.
