Thank you for reaching out and providing us with valuable feedback. We understand your frustrations, the computer you purchased from an online vendor came without an operating system as they only offered Windows 11. Our technician had to reach out to the vendor’s technician, which added an additional wait time for them to correspond, to discover that Windows 10 drivers are not available for the motherboard on that machine. We acknowledge we should have had appraised you of the status as events happened. Unfortunately, our service department was and still is experiencing higher than normal service loads and we had a few emergencies which required us to pull any technicians we have in house from their current projects. We will strive in the future to communicate with our customers as we cannot operate our business without them. Thank you again, for your feedback.
