Let me start off by saying this review has no reflection on their firearms department. Those people have been very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous I purchased a firearm ammo and several accessories, including some Nike apparel spent over $500 for the very first time coming I was very pleased with all of my purchases except for my gun lockbox, which stopped locking after two weeks. I came to exchange it Being my first time Ive never experienced their return process and The customer service at the store was AWFUL Im not saying I would never purchase another firearm from the Winston store,( those are nonrefundable and they do have decent prices ) as for anything other than that probably that might need to be returned. Definitely a NO for me The sales associate in customer service and the manager that looks like a blonde Ross from Friends has definitely altered my opinion of this location!

Nice place for all of your sporting good needs.. Staff was happy to help and had the patience that a lot of places seemed to have lost.. Thanks for the help of my purchase.. I will be back one day.. Watch your limit on your academy CC I've never missed a payment or been late and I believe mine has been altered
