I had great experiences with Badger Box from the gentleman Zach that answered the phone to schedule both the delivery and move to the drivers both on the delivery and move sides.
I moved about 25 minutes away from one location to the other. All the contents were treated with care and did not shift from the move crosstown. The delivery driver was really thoughtful about where to place it in the driveway to include a good space for a car and walkway, etc. I highly recommend this company. Solid customer service and experience. I was happy with the experience and to support a local business.

Where do I start? This company was so easy to work with, friendly, prompt, responsive, affordable and the box was in great shape. I ended up getting another one from this company! Highly recommend!

Truly an excellent experience. Zach was very responsive and helpful. I had called several other box storage companies and got someone at a call center. At Badger I spoke with the actual person at the business and he was quick to meet my storage needs. The unit kept our furniture and accessories dry all winter during a renovation. Highly recommend.

Moving is never what you would call a pleasant experience, but from my initial phone call with Zack inquiring about their services to final pickup, the team did everything possible to make it so. Every time I reached out with a question or to make a change Zack never made me feel like I was a bother and was most accommodating. I cannot say enough about their customer service, flexibility and honesty. No hidden fees and great communication. Badger Box is the best!
