If you are buying a home I highly recommend Eric Leifheit and IHSAC. He did an amazing job for us. He was extremely thorough, issued a detailed report of the inspection and was so helpful and professional in his expertise. He went above and beyond to make sure that the house we were buying was the right one for us. He also did a mold screening to ensure the air quality was a healthy environment. I hired IHSAC for a home inspection. They did a great job. The report was super easy to read and very detailed. The inspector Eric happly went over the whole report with me and answered any questions I had. Definitely recommend them to anyone needing a home inspection.

I have used Integrated Home Services, primarily Eric, for several of my clients during their home buying process. Eric is extremely thorough in his notes. Working in a coastal market, it is important to find an individual who can speak to certain issues and this in turn can better help to educate my clients. I am able to ask him questions regarding any red flags and Eric is extremely responsive. Rather than being an alarmist, he is able to walk through issues and the potential remedies, as well as referring multiple individuals in the market to reach out to. Highly Recommend.

IHSAC, especially Mark and Eric, are fantastic to work with! As a Realtor for 20 years in coastal NC, I've dealt with many home inspectors. IHSAC consistently delivers professional reports and service. They communicate clearly, adhere to NC state law requirements in their reports, and are available for my clients to discuss findings and potential solutions. They prioritize informing buyers rather than killing deals. While not licensed GCs, they recommend further evaluation by a GC or specific contractor/engineer when necessary.
