Julie and April have been the best at welcoming us to our new home. They will always be there when you need any assistance. When me and my fiance just move, they helped us find a great place and also explain everything to us about the policy and what not. They definitely took their time to show us around. Its always clean and quiet.
Shoutout to the maintenance crew(I dont know their names) However, The guys always arrive
On time and always fix anything that have any issue in a timely manner. They always make sure everything is completed and keep you updated about anything they have fixed.
I will say that they made our first move in process smooth and stress free. Thanks to the Capital Creek at heritage team!!

Despite the rocky start off of communication and understanding. The terrible unsettling feeling is gone after respectful communication and willingness to help resolve our familys problems. It was a major relief when speaking with the office on the understanding jovial tones and willingness that was showed to help ensure we are safe and enjoying living at the apartment complex.
We can be cheerful.

This was our quiet home for 4 years and it couldnt have been a better place to stay. Julie and April are the kindest and most understanding property management you could ever hope for. John and Dan, the maintenance team are the best. So friendly and professional, and they have even accommodated my own schedule - even with how fast they get stuff done. We loved them! The entire staff was absolutely wonderful. The apartment itself was beautiful and we had a ton of privacy. The amenities are fabulous. We made tons of memories and friends. Loved the summers where the staff would even give out ice pops to all the kids having fun at the pool. Its little details like that, that always confirmed we had a good home. We have nothing but great things to say as a small family of 3 living at capital creek and would highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect apartment.
