Great service but they dont tell you if you arent covered. By the time I received my denial from BCBS I owed $800. Thats a pretty cheap trick.

From the first phone encounter to the final "graduation" visit, my experience was 100 %. Nick, John, Amy, Rita, and Jen all work together to form a customized plan of care. No two patients are the same in terms of recovery. I loved the individual attention. My visits were around 45 minutes to an hour, but I never felt like I was "just another patient" or that the therapists were rushing to get my appointment finished so that the next patient could start.
The facility is large and spacious in the St James Square office park. You never feel cramped and you have ample space to rehab.
Plenty of equipment and always very clean. I've heard the therapists say that this is not a gym, this is a rehab clinic which focuses on the whole body and one on one time. That is 100 percent accurate.
The therapists strive to see you through your whole treatment program, but there were times that due to unforeseen circumstances ( a sick kid, or helping cover another office) that I would have to see another PT, but the thing was, nothing was ever different! The staff works so well together that they all joke around and make you feel like you're spending time with friends.
I recommend Brunswick PT to anyone who will listen.
Tell your doctor to send you here if you live in Southport, Oak Island, St James, Bolivia or Winding River. Easy to get to right on 211, about a half mile from the main St. James gate.
