POOR COMMUNICATION….I called to confirm vehicle (camry) was available for purchase because I was driving 2 hours. I spoke with 2 team members during my drive (Ivan and Crystal). Both team members knew my eta and which car I was purchasing. When I arrived to the dealership, no one was in the office and the vehicle was not there. I called the main dealership and was told by Vincent “another customer had borrowed the car” and they were unsure when the vehicle would be back. I expressed my frustration. I had driven 2 hours for this vehicle. Only suggested resolution was for me to wait to see if they could the vehicle back. At this point, I was done! On my way back home, crystal called again but never offered an apology! This isn’t the type of dealership that I would do business with.
