I scheduled a meet for Renee to notarize the car title for the car I was selling. She made the time for an hour later but never showed. I called twice and she ghosted/ignored the calls. Would not recommend unreliable businesses like this.

We had a phone appointment scheduled to go through my taxes. The week prior I had emailed her my documents and other income information. She hadn't even looked at it and was unaware of it until I reminded her. She had previously responded to that email that had all that information. Long story short, she was not prepared and put me on hold, I hung up, she called back, but the phone only rang a couple times and I called back twice. I got her recording.
I reserved the appointment time to talk with her to make sure she had everything she needed. But that didn't happen. So it was a waste of time.
Needless to say the return did not get done and I asked her to delete my information.
I gave her two stars because she seems very nice. But, obviously she's not very prepared.
