I selected this location as a FFL dealer for a gun transfer from Palmetto State Armory. I messaged the business from their page on their 'text' feature as well as called the next day to advise of my selecting them for a gun transfer. I was given the member and non member transfer pricing only to have the store decline the acceptance for the gun 4-5 days later. I wish it was communicated of the store's unwillingness to accept the shipment so I could change my FFL selection. Apr 6th, 2024

We were unable to shoot because we are from Mexico, they showed us a paper that said Mexicans are not on their allowed list, honestly I felt discriminated so we went to another shooting range and they allowed us to shoot with out issues, so I personally dont recommend them Apr 1st, 2024

ProShot's, on their website claim "We dont require you to be a member of our facility to enjoy what we have to offer.", however if you go, be prepared to be forced to become a member. If you do not, you can not use the range. It clearly shows on their website you do not need a membership. (I will attach a screenshot below.) I would recommend going elsewhere due to the misleading / misdirection. Mar 7th, 2024

D,We accept transfers every week and sometimes daily from Palmetto State Armory. Since your profile fails to provide your name, we are unable to trace any additional information on this situation. As I'm sure you are already aware, pistol braced firearms still fall under the "unsettled law" category based on what can be done with them. Out of an abundance of caution, we have informed Palmetto State Armory that we will not be accepting those types of NFA items until the law becomes clear. They do not reach out to us if it's something we do not accept so it is very possible that we were never aware of this order during those days before they let you know. Of course, this is all based on the assumption that this was a pistol braced firearm providing we don't have any additional information to go on. If it was not, or if you have any additional questions, we will be happy to speak with you at (336) 969-4867.

Dearest Jorge,The Federal Government has a program called the Visa Waiver Program and we must follow this federal guidance in our business. We must also comply with all ATF guidance. Mexico does not fall within the Visa Waiver Program guidance and we can't, under this Federal law, allow non residents to posses a firearm. We were not discriminating against you, we were simply following the guidance given by multiple Federal agencies for our industry.

Justin, on the homepage of our website we have tried to make it very clear that we are a members only range. We made the switch from open to the public to a members only range several years ago. We have worked very hard to get everything associated with being open to the public taken off our website, but it seems this one you found was buried deep into years' worth of articles. We are sorry for your bad experience and would love to discuss it with you. If you would, please give us a call at (336) 969-4867 and ask to speak with someone in management. Thanks!
