First time at this dealership and it was nothing short of excellent. I called and spoke with Larry about getting an oil change and met with him when I arrived. He was very friendly, informative and assistive and everything went well. Everyone there seemed nice and the waiting area was comfortable and convenient. Overcharged had to rerun depot card and wait for my $2900 to post back to my account. Requested a price for parts on recommended service and literally had to read the service sheet to the parts guy after handing it to him. Low whine has started after water pump and belt replacement and they can't get it in to ensure a belt isn't in a bind for two weeks. Workers disengaged and could care less.

I cannot say enough about the great service I received at Leith VW of Raleigh!!! I ordered online what I thought was service appointment and a new tire replacement but all I really ordered was the wrong size tire for my car and no appointment was on file for me!! Even though I came in late, didnt have an appointment and order the wrong size tire, Larry S. helped me anyway!! I had a new tire that was the correct size placed on my car and drove away happy in a very short time. Larry definitely went above and beyond and now I have a new dealership for all my VW Beetles needs!!! Thanks Larry and the service team for helping me in my definite time of need. I really liked the fish tank too!!
