I just wanted to say that we had our prints done over this week and they have been short handed but still gave some of the best services I have every seen. Angie was just one of the wonderful representative that assisted us. Very very very happy with my service. The whole team were just the kindest group. Get all your print done there.

My experience on Sunday was absolutely FANTASTIC. I went in to see the options for updating my home office with a new desk since my current set up isn't working for my 100% remote work life anymore. Sara greeted me and walked with me to the desks on display. While helping me, she inquired about my needs and asked what didn't work for me in the set up I have now. I left with a great desk, bookshelf, and a new chair since there was such a great promo going on now. Sara was incredibly helpful and genuinely wanted me to get what worked for me. She was informative and offered perspective & thoughts on some of the items I purchased that I hadn't thought of. It was great to have a knowledgeable person to help me make these decisions. I mean how many of us really know the differences in all those chairs? Certainly not me, but she did! She also answered some random questions I had about other items I need to update in the near future. I'll definitely be back to get those items. This experience exceeded every expectation. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

Usually i avoid this store due to customer service.. Recently went there as i was in area, I had placed an order for ink 250$ online and found a better price next store BJs. I went to staples to do price match.. Manager Sara told me to call customer service and do PM. She can not help.. Which is weird as you can do return in store and repurchase. Online customer service does not do PM so thats misguided.. .Wasted 20 to 30 min...
Would not recommend..
