Excellent Fast Service
Josh was able to come out same day mid afternoon, lug his large electric snake out to clear the main sewer line, in less than half an hour. Josh triple checked that the cutter had cleared the obstruction. And the price was quite reasonable for same day service.

I had a kitchen sink clogging and asked for help. Wake Sewer and Drain Cleaning was really busy, so even though I booked the service, I called another company for help. It turned out that regular plumbing service company/technician may not have the right equipment to do this kind of work. After they failed, I called Wake Sewer again and it happened they had a cancellation and I filled in the spot. The technician from Wake Sewer was very professional and experienced. Most importantly he had the right equipment: a very long snake that could go very deep into the sewer line to clean things up. The take is for sewer and draining issues, you'd better find a company specializing it. Wake Sewer and Draining obviously is the few of them that can get the job done.

They quoted us $150 for snaking our pipes because our kitchen sink was clogged. The guys showed up same day (thank God), got the job done and then asked for $250. When my husband called back, the guy on the phone insisted that he never said $150. Buyer beware.

We had an issue with our plumbing where there was sewage and water Outside of our house. Wake sewer and drain cleaning service came out on the same day and fixed it while another plumber came out a few days before and couldn't.

Called for service last night. Service tech, Junior, arrived first thing in the morning, was very knowledgeable and got our main drain line unclogged in time for our event. Excellent service. Thanks!
