When we ordered our breakfast we were told they were busy and our order would take between 15 n 20 minutes. I questioned the manager about our order after 25 minutes. While she was on her cell phone she held up her hand and motioned for me to stop talking. They had obviously lost our order. At 30 minutes, I walked up to the counter. At this time I was told not to speak to her? At 40 minutes we received our order with untoasted bagel, raw bacon and no cheese! I approached the counter this time to ask for a refund, but the manager again on her cell phone told me not to talk to her!
Unacceptable!

Check your order because the genius who's paid to do it is incompetent. The bagels are dry, chewy, flavorless like all of the other cheapest ingredients available to buy. If you think you'll get what's described on the menu, you're absolutely 100% incorrect.

Got there at 10:30, place a 2 sandwich bagels. Took 21 minutes to get them, while 2 people had ordered before us. Employees were talking a lot and not really focusing on the orders at all. The bagels were good but just the service ruined it for me.

Went here everyday for years and stopped once the quality went to zero. Gave it another try and once again they failed miserably. Attitude from the employees for their mistakes. Unfriendly group of employees.
Probably not a good thing to have the employees first day on the register either.
